21st June marks the Last Day of Semester 1

Today is the last day of Phase 1 in University of Central Florida (Rosen College of Hospitality Management) . Finally, we'd finished the 7weeks of School and it's time for break (from 21st June till 1st Aug). And school will resume in 2nd August. And below is the 2 modules i'll be attending. And GOSH! Most of us (NYPians) sign up for Internationaly Travel n Tourism Management and lucky enough, we'll all be in the same class 9:45am-11:45am. HA will once again have the chance to Unite- Stacie, Christine and Myself. Cassandra, Sandy, Agnes, Qian Rui, Eisney, Cheng Ying etc...... Whole flock in the same class.. MUAHAHAHAHHAHAHA Now we have more people than the noisy, talkative brazilians!

I thought my Themepark Management Professor- Bryan is going to teach Event Management this Phase 2, which is why I sign up for it. Damn! No lor, he said he'll still be teaching Themepark Management.. Sigh.... Should I change my module to Leadership instead? Hmmm

Did you noticed that from 11:45am till 1:00pm is lunch time? Ya, UCF provide free lunch for me.. But not so FREEEEEEEEEEEEE though cos' we'd paid USD2ooo for school fees and meals. Meals by UCF is the worst American food i ever had.. Every week is burgers/pizzas/pasta. I got so sick of it! But today was not too bad, i had Chick-Fil-A and ICE-CREAM!!!! This is the first time we had ICE-CREAM!!!

After lunch was the Horrid of all Horrids!!! It's the Branding Exam; which I stayed at home whole of Fri just to study for it. Although they are all MCQ, need to get more than 70% in order to get Certificate of Honours. So, no choice i spend my whole Fri to memorise this(Below) sheet of paper-double sided, which is like Giam Cai now! HAHAHA

And ya, once i got the test paper, i almost Burst Out into Laughter! It's the easiest Exam paper i'd ever had. Basically just fill in the blanks. Like Grammar and Vocabulary MCQ which i got when i was in Pri School. We, Singaporeans finished that in just 2 minutes or so. But the chatty students from Brazil, Peru, England etc... Took so long to finish man, maybe they didnt study la. We handed in our papers and got this sheet of paper back!

I was wopping with joy when i saw this! FULL MARKS for my Branding Project on Mount Faber-The Jewel Box. Oh My GOSH! I'll never ever got a chance to score full marks for ANY of the projects in the Stressful Singapore Schools (SSS). We had 15-20minutes of break and when we came back, we had some article discussions- which the 'machine gun' starts rattling on and on again..... Professor Jeff gave out our Exam Paper and GOSH! We scored FULL marks again! HAHAHA So unbelieveable ya? HAHAH

Ok that marks the end of Phase 1, the end of Hospitality Branding. So much for my happy ending!!! Terrence, Bel, Loummy and I scored Full marks for both Proj and Exam! HAHAHA I thought it was really a joke to score full marks. Terrence scored full marks for his F&B project too! Education system here seems to be quite relaxed hor.. HAHA but nvm, i like.. hehe

We had a small photo-taking session. And obviously, the man in the centre is our Professor- Mr. Jeff Weinland. From left: Belinda (my room-mate, proj-mate), Stacie, SHIT-ing, Prof Jeff, Terrence and Christine!

YAY! Finally i heaved a sigh of relief. It's over and time i plan for Vacation! First stop on my list is Busch Garden! I'm in the process of planning for that! Cant wait for the day to come--- HARD RIDES!!!! :):)
